Every participant (athletes, coaches, team Staff ect.) will be charged a Participation Fee witch is 40 Euro per person per day from the day of arrival (no earlier than 4th of September 2023) till the departure day (no later than 10th of September 2023).
Participation Fee includes the following services:
- accreditation
- mineral water at the venue
- medical and security service at the venue
- access to the course
- insurance
- free entry on grandstand
- free WiFi Internet at the competition venue
- lunch (first meal is the dinner on the day of your arrival at your designated hotel)
LUNCH AT THE VENUE
For non-participants Organizing Committee can provide lunch for on regatta course. Lunch MUST be ordered no later than 13th of August 2023
